About Jason Bailey

Raised in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Jason Bailey is a Senior Attorney based in Austin, Texas, who focuses his practice exclusively on family law. Jason is driven by a desire to help individuals and families find stability during some of the most challenging moments in their lives, a motivation rooted in his own early experiences.

Jason approaches each case with a problem-solving mindset, taking the time to understand every angle of a situation before guiding clients through their options. He is known for his ability to break down complex legal issues into clear, manageable steps, helping clients feel informed and confident throughout the process. Beyond legal representation, Jason sees his role as a counselor, offering practical insight and support that extends beyond the courtroom.

His practice is dedicated to family law matters, including divorce, custody, and related issues, where he works closely with clients to navigate sensitive situations with clarity and care. Jason values the diversity of his work and the opportunity it provides to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University and his Juris Doctor from Western Michigan Cooley Law School, where he also received a Certificate in Business Transactions. He is licensed to practice in Illinois and Texas, as well as several federal courts, including the Northern District of Illinois, the Western District of Texas, and the Eastern District of Texas.

Outside of his practice, Jason enjoys cooking and playing guitar, often learning new songs by isolating guitar tracks to play along.
